Customer service is non-existant. I sent a tie back due to a quality issue- never received back any communication.
Nice ties-- but come on, I'm paying top dollar in this economy only to be punked by the D. Pangborn clan.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!!!!
